RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Change of heart? We will happily return (refund) all full-priced sunglasses, within 7 days of delivery. We do offer refunds on any sale or discounted items. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the returned goods must be sent with tracking information.  Golden Eyewear also recommends taking insurance for the returned good as Golden Eyewear will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost in the post or damaged in transit.  The initial shipping cost of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return.

 A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive confirmation by email when your return is completed.

For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 3 months of purchase.

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For returns on international orders, please contact us at info@goldeneyewear.com.au with your full name and order number within 7 days of receiving the item. Contact made outside of our terms will be ineligible for refund.  International buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs and items must be sent with tracking information.  We recommend that International buyers pay for insurance as Golden Eyewear will not be responsible for any lost items or goods damaged in transit.  If the returned items were originally sent with free shipping, the shipping cost of $14.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
