HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
For Australian orders
EXPRESS: 1 – 2 business days after dispatch

WHERE’S MY ORDER?

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, following an order confirmation, you should receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact info@goldeneyewear.com.au

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Change of heart? We will happily return (refund) all full-priced sunglasses, within 7 days of delivery. We do offer refunds on any sale or discounted items. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the returned goods must be sent with tracking information.  Golden Eyewear recommends taking insurance as Golden Eyewear will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost in the post or damaged in transit.  The initial shipping cost of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return.

 A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive confirmation by email when your return is completed.

For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 3 months of purchase.

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For returns on international orders, please contact us at info@goldeneyewear.com.au with your full name and order number within 7 days of receiving the item. Contact made outside of our terms will
